Vígdis

Every year we have a few bottle fed/ orphaned lambs on the farm, this years bottle fed from our own farm is Vígdis - Vígdis was born a twin, but her mother didn't have enough milk for both babies, so she rejected Vígdis. Now Vígdis lives with us on the farm with our other bottle fed lambs, she gets lots of extra attention and cuddles because she knows how to be the center of attention, she is always hungry if you ask her and sleeping on my lap is her favorite ❤️

Showing the beauty of The Faroe Islands through my creativity has always been a dream of mine.

Living in this place surrounded by harsh seas, strong winds and dark winters photography started as a way to look for beauty in everything. Growing up in a small town as a farmers daughter, animals have always been close to my heart. Through this series I want to show the natural beauty and soul of these majestic creatures.
